Meet the depth requirements of the preliminary design scheme for
municipal engineering, including the following four parts:
Volume 1: Design Plan (Design Specification).
Volume 2: Preliminary Design Estimate; (Optional)
Volume 3: Preliminary Design Drawings. (Optional)
Volume 4: Other requirements for bidding, such as design quality
assurance, installation, commissioning, and operation instructions.

The first volume contains:
1. Including basic information explanation (construction unit,
preparation unit, hydrological address, topography, traffic and
water conservancy of the project location, planning map, planning
permit, land use permit, land acquisition situation, approval for
electricity, water and gas use, feasibility study and environmental
impact assessment), design scale demonstration, water quantity
composition and discharge law, water quality of each water stock,
design water quality demonstration, discharge standards and
discharge water bodies or outlets, and other needs.
2. Including design standards, design principles, analysis of water
quality and treatment characteristics, comparison and analysis of
processes and main equipment, determination of process routes
(responsible for meeting the owner's requirements), detailed
process flow diagrams and process descriptions, and a list of
removal rates for each process unit.
3. Including the design of each unit (detailed process design
parameters, equipment configuration, equipment information), a
detailed list of structures, and a detailed list of equipment.
4. Including detailed design of structure, architecture, electrical
and self-control, fire protection, HVAC, energy conservation and
environmental protection, material selection, anti-corrosion, and
insulation.
5. Including labor safety measures, fire protection measures, and
construction schedule bar chart.
6. Detailed analysis of operating costs, land area, installed
operating power and daily electricity consumption, as well as
consumption of water, chemicals, and energy.
7. Other.
Volume 2 Part: Preliminary Design Estimate: Civil Engineering Part
Estimate or Cost and Quotation Accounting; List of estimated or
cost and quotation for equipment self-control installation and
commissioning.
Volume 3 Part: Preliminary Design Drawings: Process, Architecture,
Electrical and Automation Disciplines, with special requirements to
be followed. Provide professional calculation sheets for processes,
architecture, electrical, and self-control.
Part 4: Composition of scoring items in the bidding documents,
design progress, and quality assurance measures;
Installation/construction organization plan, commissioning plan,
operation guidance manual.
What we need customers to provide:
1. Including basic information explanation (construction unit,
preparation unit, hydrological address, topography, traffic and
water conservancy of the project location, planning map, planning
permit, land use permit, land acquisition situation, approval for
electricity, water and gas use, feasibility study and environmental
impact assessment), design scale demonstration, water composition
and discharge law, water quality of each water supply, and other
working conditions. Provide completion drawings for various
specialties of the existing sewage station, reasons for
renovation/existing problems, actual inflow and outflow water
quantity and quality, process and equipment operation status for
renovation.
2. Emission/reuse standard requirements and other requirements from
the competent department and the owner (including water, gas,
slag/mud).
3. Provide local hydrological, geological, meteorological and other
data.
4. The planning map of the sewage treatment plant or the overall
planning map of the entire plant, including transportation,
electricity, natural gas, water supply, etc. near the sewage
treatment plant.
5. Current available transformer electricity load situation
6. The general budget concept of the owner (optional), requirements
for investment and operating cost orientation, equipment brand,
pool structure, self-control, etc.
7. The process recommended by the owner (optional).
8. Preliminary project materials (environmental impact assessment,
feasibility study, etc.).
9. Plan time requirements.
10. The requirements of the construction unit for construction
period, water quantity calculation, water quality monitoring, power
distribution and self-control, commissioning and trial operation.
11. Conditions and directions for water, electricity, gas, and
communication access/exit.
12. Customer's own introduction materials, etc. (if needed by the
customer).
13. Bidding documents, bid format, drawing format. (Optional)
What we provide to customers:
1. Provide process comparison and determine the process route.
2. Provide a detailed process diagram and main supporting
explanations.
3. Responsible for ensuring that the process meets the owner's
requirements.
4. Provide a list of equipment.
5. Provide all dimensions of buildings and structures.
6. Provide calculations, selection, and explanations for electrical
self-control.
7. Provide detailed design plans for structure, architecture,
electrical and self-control, fire protection, HVAC, energy
conservation and environmental protection, material selection,
anti-corrosion, and insulation
8. Provide detailed indicators and analysis on land occupation,
investment, freight, electricity consumption, etc.
9. Provide detailed calculation sheets and equipment lists.
10. Provide construction plans, commissioning plans, project
schedules, and other documents based on selection.
11. Provide detailed drawings based on selection.
12. Provide detailed estimates based on selection.
Plan duration and format:
1. 10-45 working days.
2. PDF electronic version.
Fee standard:
1. The starting fee for the plan is 10000 yuan.
2. The maximum fee for the plan is 30000 yuan.
3. Charge 0.3% of the total investment according to the plan. The
actual calculation fee will be charged for the 10000 to 30000 range
above. Fees will be charged based on the first two standards for
items below or exceeding.
4. Calculate separately for special or complex processes.
5. The renovation project will be increased by 5-20% based on the
above foundation.
6. The above plan is the first volume.
7. Article 8 of the second volume of fee reference instructions.
8. Article 9 of the Third Volume Fee Reference Explanation.
9. The fee for the fourth volume will be increased by 20-30% on the
basis of the first volume.
